Delivery
Sartorial Splendour is committed to process your orders in the shortest possible time so that you can receive your beloved items as soon as possible. Hence it is worth noting that we will not be able to make any ammendments to your orders, including the delivery address, sizes and colours. Kindly ensure that all order details are correct before confirming the orders.
Sartorial Splendour will not be liable for any lost parcels mailed out for normal postage.
Products
Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual’s computer and it might appear darker than in the pictures due to lighting used.
All items are measured flat. There may be a 0.5”-1” difference in our given measurements.
Exchanges and Refunds
This applies also to items on PROMOTION:
An exchange will be done only if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected.
There will strictly be no refunds. However if there are no stocks for exchange of incorrect or defected items, we will allow a full refund.
Receiving an invoice will allow reservation of the confirmed item(s) for 24hrs. Payment must be made within this time-frame to secure your purchase.
All exchanges have to be done within 10 days after delivery of parcel.

Payment
All payments have to be made within 24 hrs after orders are placed.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required. In the event where we’re unable to verify payments, we will require the assistance of the customer to process the order as quickly as we can. Sartorial Splendour will not be liable for any delays in deliveries due to incorrect payment details provided.
